Clarity. Discipline. Execution.

Modern technology has created unprecedented opportunity—and unprecedented noise. Most leadership teams are not short on ideas. They are short on clarity about which initiatives will truly move the business forward.

Applied Intelligence Group exists to help executives cut through that noise and turn modern technology—now including AI—into durable business advantage.

Experience that informs judgment

We know what works—and what does not—because we have seen a great deal of both. Our experience spans industries as diverse as retail, SaaS, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing.

Across these environments, one pattern repeats: successful initiatives are rarely about adopting the newest platform or trend. They are about making disciplined choices aligned to business objectives, and executing with an understanding of organizational reality.

How we partner with leadership teams

We work with executive teams to identify the most impactful, lowest-risk technology initiatives that advance growth, efficiency, and resilience. We do this by listening first—understanding your strategy, constraints, and context—before recommending solutions.

We deliberately avoid hype projects that make great talking points but do little to advance the business. Modern platforms and AI-enabled capabilities can be powerful, but only when applied with clear ownership, disciplined governance, and a pragmatic path to value.

A successful engagement leaves your organization more capable: leaders and teams aligned on priorities, sharper in decision-making, and better equipped to identify and execute on emerging opportunities.

Technology Visionary & Program Executive

Jerry is a technology visionary and program executive with deep experience designing, building, and scaling platforms that deliver durable business advantage.

Long before “SaaS” became mainstream, Jerry built a platform-based service model because it was the only economically and operationally sound way to deliver the required capabilities at scale—an early example of product thinking applied to real-world constraints.

As founder, CEO, and later CTO of Absolute Performance, he built and scaled the company into a differentiated platform spanning automation, managed services, and cybersecurity. Following a successful exit to private equity, the platform has continued to serve as the foundation for a broader rollup strategy, now operating as Procern.

An invitation to reflect

Many organizations are busy executing initiatives that sound right, but quietly wonder whether they are working on the right things.

If you are questioning whether your current technology efforts are truly advancing growth—or whether complexity has begun to outpace clarity—it may be worth pausing and reassessing.

Start with clarity.
